- 3 quarts water
- 1 12-oz package chopped broccoli
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Cup Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Cup Fat Free mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
- 1 can reduced sodium 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Fat Free cooking spray to coat pan
