My name is Sue Blanchard. While I have in excess of 24 years of professional IT experience, I would also say that I am no different than anyone reading this webpage, no matter what your level of IT experience happens to be. You arrived at this webpage either out of curiosity, or you went down some rabbit hole while looking for something else. It doesn't matter how you got here, I just want to welcome you and tell you a little about myself.
First, as you can tell from my photo, yes, I am a pilot. I've always wanted to be a pilot since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. At one point I thought I might be a pilot as my career, but that wasn't in the cards. So, instead, I got my private pilot's license and when I can, I get up in the air and try to enjoy the wild blue yonder. That doesn't happen as much as I'd like, but maybe after I retire I'll be able to do more of that.
Second, I haven't always been a computer nerd. In fact, my first career too many years ago was as a research scientist, having absolutely nothing to do with computers. I happened to get interested in computers along the way, and experienced some really bad computer technical support from the usual suspects who treated customers like they were dumb for not knowing things, and I told myself, that there had to be a better way.
I put myself back in school, learned about computer networking, building computers, and building websites, and suddenly a new career was born.
Here's the thing, I also believe in giving back. As I'm approaching the years of retirement, I'm looking at ways of giving back. If I can save people from having to deal with the negativism of bad customer service, I'd love to do that. I want to be a collaborative partner, to help people feel listened to, and to help them accomplish their tasks, no matter the size.
We offer many opportunities for assistance and we offer our assistance at greatly reduced prices.
