Fluffy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 jar sliced mushrooms
¾ cup rice
1 soup can of milk

Instructions
  1. Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.
  2. Set ½ cup of mixture aside in a separate container. 
  3. Add mushrooms, rice, and ½ pkg of onion soup mix to bowl. 
  4. Pour mixture into spray-coated casserole dish. 
  5. Place chicken, skin side up in casserole dish, on top of mixture. 
  6. Sprinkle dish with ½ cup separated mixture. 
  7. Sprinkle the rest of onion soup mixture to the top of the dish.. 
  8. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
