Lemon-lime Jello Salad

Ingredients

1 Package lemon Jello
1 Package Lime Jello
1 Cup Hot Water
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Small Can Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions
  1. Boil 1 Cup of water
  2. Combine powder from both packages of jello in Pyrex bowl.  Add boiling water to mixed jello and dissolve.
  3. Add mayonnaise, evaporated milk, and cottage cheese to bowl
  4. Stir to mix well. 
  5. Add crushed pineapple and pecans. 
  6. Stir again to mix well. 
  7. Refrigerate for 4 hours to congeal.
