Ingredients

Here is my take on a favorite Christmas beverage of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

  • 15 oz Coco Real Cream of Coconut OR 1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • 1 can Coco Lopez coconut milk (Other coconut milk will also work)
  • 5 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 pint regular whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 3 cups Cruzan Coconut Rum (unflavored white rum will work for a stronger taste, but recommend dropping the amt)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients, beat and stir thoroughly until fully mixed.
  2. Place in bottles and keep refrigerated.
  3. Pour over cracked ice.
