Ingredients
Here is my take on a favorite Christmas beverage of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
- 15 oz Coco Real Cream of Coconut OR 1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 1 can Coco Lopez coconut milk (Other coconut milk will also work)
- 5 cans evaporated milk
- 1 pint regular whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups Cruzan Coconut Rum (unflavored white rum will work for a stronger taste, but recommend dropping the amt)
