Ingredients

A perfect addition to any boiled  or fried fish dish.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
Instructions
  1. Bring water, salt and butter to a boil.
  2. Lower heat
  3. Gradually add corn meal to boiling mixture, using a wisk to mix evenly.
  4. Mix until mixture is fine with soft consistency.  Don't over-cook, as mixture will harden on its own.
  5. Pour into serving dish.
